About the Facilitator
Larry Kerby, MBA, is a highly sought-after speaker known for his engaging and entertaining approach. With a passion for empowering parents and educators, he has helped tens of thousands thrive while raising strong-willed children. Larry’s teachings focus on creating more joy, peace, and happiness by fostering deeper connections with kids and effectively setting and enforcing boundaries.
As a trained independent facilitator of the Love and Logic curriculum, Larry shares practical, proven, and actionable parenting strategies that can be immediately applied by parents, teachers, and therapists alike. He is also the author of the “Emotional Ownership” workshop, which equips parents with tools to reduce emotional reactivity and respond more thoughtfully.
In addition to his professional work, Larry is a dedicated father of three remarkable children, whom he raises alongside his best friend and wife, Kami.
